REMARKS
ERICA XI has enjoyed a life of two owner’s and captains since new. She has been refitted as needed on an annual basis and is in “like new” condition. She has seen a new sail inventory every 2 to 3 years, new exterior paint approximately every 3 years, new exterior varnish annually, Lloyds A100 certificate till 2007 with all necessary inspections and service intervals.
